These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of the Re:Build web game (“the Game”), provided by BME Data Consulting (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By accessing or playing the Game, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Age Requirement

The Game is intended for users aged 16 and older.
By using the Game, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

2. Accounts and Usernames

To play the Game, you may need to create an account using a chosen username.

You are responsible for:

* Keeping your login details secure
* Ensuring your username does not violate laws or contain offensive content
* All activity performed under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or disrupt the Game.

3. Game Content and Fair Use

You may not:

* Cheat, exploit bugs, or interfere with gameplay
* Reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute the Game code or assets
* Attempt to disrupt servers or other players’ experience

We may update, change, or remove Game features at any time.

4. In-Game Purchases

The Game offers optional in-game purchases handled through Stripe.
Stripe processes payments on their secure platform according to their own terms and privacy policy.

We do not store payment information.

Refund Policy

All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
Digital items are delivered immediately and cannot be returned.

5. Availability and Disclaimer

The Game is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee:

* Continuous or error-free operation
* Preservation of game data
* Compatibility with all devices or browsers

We are not liable for:

* Loss of data
* Service interruptions
* Indirect or incidental damages

Your use of the Game is at your own risk.

6. User-Generated Content

If the Game ever allows user-generated content (e.g., usernames, chat, etc.):

* You remain responsible for the content you submit
* You grant us a non-exclusive license to use that content for operating the Game
* We may remove content that violates laws or these Terms

(Currently, the only user content collected is your username.)

7. Data and Privacy

Our processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, available on the Game website.

We only store the minimum necessary data to operate the Game, such as usernames and gameplay progress.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Game at our discretion, for example if:

* You violate these Terms
* You attempt to disrupt or misuse the Game
* Continued operation of your account becomes infeasible

9. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.
If major changes are made, we will post a notice on the Game website.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Swedish law, regardless of conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved in Swedish courts.
